Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition in which they were received.

To initiate a return, reach out to us via our chat bot with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Items damaged in transit are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please photograph the damage and include it in your email for faster processing.
